Hazbin Hotel is an animated series created by Vivziepop that follows Charlie Morningstar, the princess of hell, and her impossible dream of opening a hotel called the "Happy Hotel," dedicated to the rehabilitation of sinners. Due to overcrowding, Hell undergoes an annual purge, when angels known as Slayers descend from Heaven to slaughter demons. Charlie's ultimate goal is for her clients to atone for their sins and be accepted into Heaven.

But when her on-air proposal fails, her plan attracts the attention of the powerful Radio Demon Alastor, who, despite finding her belief in redemption ludicrous, wants to help Charlie run the hotel for his own amusement.
