What is Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)?
In today's world, we share a lot of sensitive information online, such as passwords, credit card numbers, and personal data. To keep this information safe, we need a system that ensures only the intended recipients can read it. This is where Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) comes in.
*PKI is a framework that uses digital certificates to secure online communication.* It consists of two main parts:
1. *Public Key:* This key can be shared with anyone.
2. *Private Key:* This key is kept secret and is only held by the owner.
When you want to send a message to someone, you encrypt it using their public key. Only the person with the corresponding private key can decrypt it.

*Securing email:* Using PKI, you can encrypt your emails so that only the intended recipient can read them.
