S9 E18 Commute To Work Loop
This Covid-era-inspired adventure began in Utah's Wasatch County where I live and progressed into Summit County where I work in Park City. After a night among the coyotes, route finding along the eastern perimeter of Jordanelle Reservoir, and a stop by my workplace to drop off luggage, I took a free bus shuttle up to the Montage Hotel to make for a shorter quicker climb up to Empire Pass. From there it was mostly a downhill coast back to where I started via Wasatch Mountain State Park and Midway to where I started in Heber City.
Epilogue:
As luck would have it High Valley Transit began offering free bus service between Heber City and Park City less than 2 months after I made this journey; From now on it will be possible to commute without my car with much less effort - and cost. Big thanks to the Wasatch County Government and High Valley Transit for making this new service possible!
