Svalinn Girded Tower Shield is a new unique item in PoE 3.25 Settler League that provides "Chance to Block is Lucky". This shield combined with life on block provides for a ridiculously tanky defensive layer that allows you to absorb most hits, even on a really scuffed SSF version of the build.
