Variant to the third logo (1996) home entertainment division of Warner Bros. Entertainment, Warner Home Video (now Warner Bros. Home Entertainment). In 2017, the Warner Home Video brand was made its in-name-only division. WBHE which formed in 2005, includes Warner Home Video, Warner Bros. Digital and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment subsidiaries. WHV’s film library is the largest of any studio. WHV was one of the first major American distributors for the then-new DVD format, by releasing Twister on DVD in 1997. It also became the first company to release a title in three formats (DVD, Blu-ray and HD DVD) on the same day.

It has incorporated as Walt Disney Pictures in 1983. Walt Disney Studios is based in Burbank, California and is one of Hollywood's "Big Six" film studios.
Second logo of computer animation studio, Pixar Animation Studios. Pixar was formed in 1986 by Edwin Catmull, Steve Jobs and John Lasseter and is based in Emeryville, California. It is a subsidiary of Walt Disney Studios since 2006. In 1995 Pixar produced the first-ever computer-animated feature film, Toy Story. The studio has earned nineteen Academy Awards, eight Golden Globe Awards, and eleven Grammy Awards.
