078 - Microsoft Automation Journey Presentation
Here is a recent presentation that I gave at the Global Power Platform Bootcamp. I discuss the typical journey people encounter when determining what processes should be automated.
To start with we can use Process Advisor to help us rationalize our business process. Once our business process is solid, we can automate with Power Automate (Cloud flows and Desktop flows). Finally, we can enhance our process by adding a Power Virtual Agents chatbot to the mix.
In this video we will see all 3 of these technologies in action.
