This is one of the private haulers that services the open-market city of Fort Collins in northern Colorado. Here you will see video of them I shot about a year ago, collecting residential trash, residential recycling, and commercial trash using a unique RL tipper system that originated in Colorado, and continues to be used by haulers as big as WM in the state. It is unlike the bar & lock system of the East Coast; this method involves two gripper arms that close on either side of the front corners of the dumpster. On these two corners there are heavy tubes mounted vertically, and one wouldn't consider these anything more than structural support for the metal. But the truck's "grippers" fit perfectly around these rectangular tubes, and this is the way by which the container is raised and emptied.
