HOW I FILL OUT I-130 APPLICATION FORM OF MY PARENTS
I file my I-130 Application for my mother and father. I submitted 1 form for each of them and as well submitted the respective requirements. If you gonna do it on paper, use black in pen to fill it out and mail it to the appropriate address stated in USCIS.GOV
If you do it online, you will not fill out the paper based format instead it will be the same like the format on DS-260. For me, it dont look overwhelming compare to that of the paper.
But I guess doesnt matter because all the questions on both are the same.
