A video demonstrating and showing the state of the roll out of the 20 MPH speed limit zones, around Mid Cornwall.
In this video we have a look primarily at St Stephen where there are several issues with incorrect signage, lack of signs, contradicting signage relating to the new speed limits that are being rolled out county wise.
