How To Easy Twisted Updo Tutorial Step-By-Step
1. Create the Soft Swoop
・Place your thumbs in front of your ears and trace upward to the crown.
・Gather the top section to create a soft swoop detail.
・Scoop all your hair and secure it into a high ponytail.
2. Divide your ponytail into two sections (left & right).
3. Twist the left section away from your face (clockwise) until fully twisted.
4. Gently pull on the twist to add volume for a softer, undone look.
5. Loosely wrap the twisted left section clockwise around your ponytail.
6. Leave a few inches of ends out and secure with French pins or bobby pins.
7. Twist the right section counter-clockwise, pull for volume.
8. Wrap it in the opposite direction stopping on the left so that both ends hang symmetrically.
9. Twist the ends tighter if you need to shorten them, and tuck and secure underneath.
10. Make any final tweaks and add extra pins for hold.
