Telling someone you have HIV and sharing your thoughts, fears, and hopes can make you feel better. You don’t have to go through this alone. Support is out there and can come from a variety of places – your friends, family, partners, and community.

Serious Thoughts, Serious Support.

If you are feeling depressed, thinking about suicide, or just need to talk, The Trevor Lifeline (866-488-7386) is a space to call and find immediate support. If texting is more your speed, you can text “support” to 741-741 to reach Crisis Text Line, a free 24/7 support and information line.
