How to Wash Clip-In Hair Extensions | Curly Hair | Curly Heaven
In this video I am demonstrating how I wash and recommend Curly Hair Extensions to be washed in order to get tangle and frizz free healthy hair extensions :)
WASHING TIPS:
♥ Hair Extensions DO NOT need to be washed weekly, monthly is recommended to elongate the extensions lifespan.
♥ If you are washing COLORED hair extensions the color will rinse out while washing, that is normal.
♥ Some shedding will occur while washing your extensions, that is also normal as long as the shedding isn't excessive.
♥ Gently finger combing your extensions to detangle is recommended.
♥ If using a wide tooth comb or any comb to detangle DO NOT pull, snag or push down roughly, this will cause excessive shedding. Let love our extensions :)
♥ Always have the extensions facing the same direction while washing, do not up-fold the clips.
♥ Using Natural Moisturizing hair products is recommended for your extensions to maintain them soft and manageable.
♥ Different shampoos and conditioners might product different results.
♥ Lay each weft separately and flat on a towel to hair dry.
♥ It is recommended to install your hair extensions when the extensions are fully dry to avoid tangling.
