Today, I visited "Namyoung Chicken," the Black and White Chef I've been rooting for so long, led by Chef Oh Jun-tak. ^^
I even saw a live chicken butchering show, and ate both Dongyang Chicken and Penking Chicken!
The chicken cartilage was also delicious, brimming with spicy flavor!
