you go to origin smbol properites
select share
click advance share
click locations select your desk top
click find names
highlight all the users you use by left click and boxing them in.
hot ok
then allow full control.
*do this with activation UI also
*and punk buster but don't allow full control
and of course the game app both x86 and 64 bit
