Waterfall, Iterative, Spiral, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe: What’s the diff?
Business Analysts will work in many different project environments and each environment will employ a slightly different project approach. In this video, I explore predictive and agile approaches. I discuss the theory, the similarities, and differences between the waterfall, iterative, spiral, scrum, Kanban, and SAFe approaches to managing projects. I also provide simple animations will help you see how each team operates, and some practical perspective gained over the years.
