Children's bodysuit with knitting needles detailed MK part 1
In this MK we will knit a bodysuit for a baby. Sizes: 56-62/62-68/68-74/74-80 (from birth to 1 year)
Yarn consumption for size 3-6 months - 80-90g
Knitting density 23 loops and 30 rows in a square 10X10 cm
The bodysuit is completely seamless. Even a beginner knitter can handle it.
For the bodysuit, I took Yarnart Jeans yarn 55% cotton 45% polyacrylic, 50g-/160m. color 74.
You need 100 grams of yarn for the bodysuit. Knitting needles 3 mm.
Pattern for the bodysuit:
number of loops multiple of 9+ 4 loops for symmetry+ 2 edge loops
Pattern repeat 9 loops and 4 rows.
1 row: 1 kr, 4 out, 2 vm li behind the front wall, 1 yarn, 1 knit, 1 yarn 2 vm knit behind the back wall, 1 kr
2 row: 1 kr, 4 knits, 5 out, 4 knits, 1 kr
3 row: 1 kr, 4 out, 5 knits, 4 out, 1 kr
4 row: 1 kr, 4 knits, 5 out, 4 knits, 1 edge
Increases of the front lower part:
for sizes 56-62: in rows 13, 19, 23, 25, 27
for sizes 62-68: in rows 13, 19, 23, 25, 27, 29
for sizes 68-74: in rows 13, 19, 23, 25, 27, 29
for Size 74-80: in 13,19, 23, 25, 27, 29, 31 rows
Number of loops on the knitting needles as a result of increases:
27/29/29/31 loops
Length of the front lower part: 8/9/10/11 cm
Increases of the back lower part: for all sizes: in each front row
Length of the back lower part: 8/9/10/11 cm
Number of loops on the knitting needles as a result of increases: 43/45/47/49 loops
To connect the front and back lower parts, cast on 8/9/9/9 loops on the right and 8/9/9/9 loops on the left of the front part
After connecting in a knitting circle, knit to a height of: 15/16/17/18 cm
