for 2 quarts

1 16 oz of li hing mui - https://amzn.to/2OFrko0
2 lb of light brown sugar
6 Taplespoons Hawaiian salt - https://amzn.to/37WIsNp
20 cloves
2 Tablespoons Chinese 5 spice
6 Tablespoons of whiskey
3 cups of lemon juice
Mix fruit and li hing mui in bowl. Pack mixture in quart-sized mason jars. Mix sauce ingredients in the same bowl. Stir well. Pour over fruit mixture. Allow to rest closed for 48 hours or more.
