Remember all those 90's "Public Service Announcements" or PSA's when you were a kid about staying in school, say no to drugs, and how you should always wear a mask? Well we uncovered this lost VHS tape announcement from 1991 with the short lived on-air personality "Captain S." We're still not sure what the "S" means. (Mad guitar riff as Captain S rollerblades into the scene)

Whoah...it’s Captain S!
Captain S
(Captain S throws off sunglasses to reveal another pair of sunglasses.)
I hear someone’s not been wearing a mask.
Johnny
I just can’t do it man. It totally brings down my groove.
Captain S
I’m no Mask-a-matician but I’ve learned to live by three important rules…
Stay in School
Drugs are not cool
And Masks save lives..(look at camera with a thumbs up.)
Johnny
You know what, you’re right.
(Puts on Mask)
