-Install Ubuntu Restricted Extras
-Automatically Import All Missing Launchpad PPA GPG Keys
-Install kazam
-Install anydesk
-Install OBS Studio
-Install Google Chrome
-Install latest Git & Git Configure
-Install Adobe flash
-Check available upgrade & upgrade uubuntu
-Force any missing install, autoremove unused package, autoclean, clean update & reboot
