My name is Phillip and in this video I will be discussing some new changes to the video manager section of YouTube. Also stay tuned until the end of the video where I will tell you about one of the most important announcements that YouTube had made all year.
YouTube in its infinite, ever changing wisdom has added two new tabs to the video manager. .A tab labeled creation tools and a tab labeled community.

We will begin by examining the creation tools tab. .As you can see there is a new audio library. This is FREE Royalty FREE music Library for you to use in your videos. You can download each of these music tracks to your computer by simply clicking the corresponding down arrow.
