IS THIS A CIVIL DEFENSE SHELTER? / ABANDONED RC PLANT / Sakhalin
I'd had my eye on the abandoned concrete plant for a while, but I'd never gotten around to it. This time, I decided to take another closer look at the area where the plant is located on the map. I spotted an open field, and I realized there was something more interesting there than just ruins.
I initially assumed there was a shelter there, but I didn't realize it was this big.
