TeleGroup's 4th Digital Transformation Academy: Wrap up
In the past three months, we have together gone through the entire life cycle of product development - from the idea to its usage. Our goal was for the participants of the academy to learn how to provide real value to the user and why this is the primary task of every business.
The jury, composed of Miloš Petković, Aleksandar Vratonjić Gligorijević, Mila Rajšić, and Viktor Artur Stefanesku, had a difficult task of choosing the best team. They were most impressed by the dynamics in mixed teams with students from the School of Electrical Engineering (ETF) and the Faculty of Organizational Sciences (FON), due to their different approaches to work.
Each generation that has gone through the DX Academy is unique and interesting in its own way, and with the experience of this year, we remain convinced that looking from different angles brings the best results. They refreshed us with their out-of-the-box thinking, ideas, and fresh perspectives, so we can't wait for our new generation!
