I have recently been experimenting with 360 video, particularly with the Insta 360 One X camera. But how do you edit 360 degree video footage? How do you make cuts and transitions? What if you want to make a traditional "2D" video from your footage? Today I will show you how to do all of these things using the Insta360 mobile app, desktop app, and Adobe Premiere. We will also look at some useful free plugins for Premiere along the way.
