Putin ordered the construction of a bridge across the Lena River near Yakutsk. Putin's words at the Eastern Economic Forum sounded like an order. This grandiose project has been talked about for decades, but no one has yet taken it on. Construction will begin this year. It will be 3 kilometers long. The bridge will help connect eastern Siberia with the ports of the Sea of Okhotsk.
