One Fish, Two Fish …
Today is our yummy video - number three of many fun-filled, family-friendly videos, jam-packed full of Great Lakes fun facts, activity suggestions for your family, and daily challenges.
Michigan Sea Grant Extension Educator Elliot Nelson teaches us about the Great Lakes and shows us an easy recipe to use so we can eat some healthy fish, too!
Our challenge today is to follow a fish recipe -- or if you don’t have any fish on hand, or are vegan, make something from food in the shape of a fish! (cut up a sandwich to look like a fish? Put your veggies in a fish shape on your plate? -- Be creative!)
