About the run : Tougher strategy. Avoid the blue skull by rocket-jumping directly to the telefrag room. Might be possible by an arch-vile jump but I won't try anyway. Skipping time and as I was on Speed mode, I was able to do the final trap faster. Thus, it's a lot easier than the Pacifist mode, you just need to success your rocket jump. (100 health without armor can be rough sometimes)
