This is my tutorial for you on HOW to CREATE Jira DASHBOARD.
The best part is that you can create as many dashboards as you need! What I personally like doing is creating individual dashboards for each team member.
It helps people to find out where they are in the progress and what’s trending in terms of the tasks.
For you, as for the project manager, it will give a picture about each team member performance individually.
