In this video Hope & Annie show 5 days worth of back to school outfit ideas! Schools either have uniforms or not. There are pros & cons to both sides of this debate!
Annie & Hope are going to do different kinds of schooling this year. Hope's school requires her to wear a uniform. Annie does not. Annie likes to wear her own clothes in school so she can be comfortable & express herself with her outfits. Hope on the other hand, sees how uniforms are good for making everyone not as competitive & it is less expensive as her parents don't have to buy as many outfits for her. Also, in order to make a boring uniform stand out, Hope shows Annie how to use hairstyles & accessories to personalize her uniform.
