How faceit admins deal with cheaters

Those cheaters are still not banned, one of them is still playing, he is high place in faceit ladder so I guess he plays with cheat to get faceit points to later redeem them on prizes and then sell to get money
(not bad idea to make money actually).
This happened while playing free faceit matchmaking but on premium matchmaking people also are using cheats because their "Faceit Anti-Cheat Client" is not working well.
