David's story: my gardening work experience
David has a physical disability and some learning difficulties. He has been assisted with employment experience through the Dorset Supported Employment Services. Tracey, David's employment coach, secured a work placement with Dorset First at Blandford Community Centre. Since then David has positively thrived. His communication skills have improved and he's completely different to how he was when he first started.
This is a contract delivered by Pluss, on behalf of Dorset Council.
