Changes discovered:
Rhino received a +50% armor improvement
+energy perk no longer increases the energy cost of modules
Slight UI changes
Black Hole Generator renamed to Small Black Hole Generator
Added Large Black Hole Generator (enemy use only atm?)
New effect type 4 and 5 in advanced ammo
New bullet shape 8 in advanced ammo
New impact effects 8,9,10 in advanced ammo
New effect variable "growthRate" in advanced ammo
