For years, I have been teaching the Tree Circle training with love and dedication, focusing on the energy and wisdom of trees.
Based on this deep connection and my experience guiding people on their journey to conscious contact with nature, I am now organizing the
Eco-Therapy Day: Tree Healing.
Tree Healing goes beyond simply enjoying the presence of trees. It revolves around making conscious contact, sending healing energy and love to the trees and the earth upon which they stand. Just as they can heal us, we can help them with our loving energy. It is a mutual exchange of strength and balance.
Why Tree Healing? In a world that is constantly in motion and often not in harmony with nature, imbalances arise in ecosystems. Trees and forests suffer from pollution, deforestation, and neglect. With Tree Healing, we help restore this balance, both physically and energetically. Together, we give nature our time and effort to nourish with loving energy and restore it on an energetic level.
What is an Eco-Therapy Day? An Eco-Therapy Day is about more than just enjoying the forest. It is a day on which we consciously contribute to the healing of nature. Together, we connect with the trees, feel where healing is needed, and provide that energy through meditation, lightwork exercises, touch, or simply our conscious presence. It is a powerful, spiritual experience in which not only nature, but you yourself, are recharged.
On November 1, 2024, the start of the new Witch Year, I will go to the forest in Velsen with a group to provide healing to the trees and the land. Whether you are physically present or participate remotely, your energy helps nature to recover.
