Syndicate Regis is the final Regis Gwent deck from Regis week. Turns out Fee doesn't stop initiative allowing easier set ups. Fun fact: I used this exactly 0 times in all my games. But after confirming this in a bot game, it's true that you could use Whoreson Freakshow to set up a Regis and then immediately play Regis.
The secret all-stars of the deck are Bloody Good Friends and Scapegoat. Both are SO GOOD at setting up Regis rows.
