Natalie's Everyday Heroes: Jonathan Kowalske, Component Brewing
The last day of February is Rare Diseases Day- raising awareness for the 30 million Americans who have one. Component Brewing cofounder, Jonathan Kowalske, marked the occasion by releasing a special beer, Zebra Hop, to benefit the National Organization for Rare Disorders, or NORD. The beer, inspired by his 6-year-old son, Mac, who has Malan syndrome.
