Real clouds for gta sa working on multiplayer.

You need cleo4 to use it: http://cleo.li/
The skybox: http://www.sendspace.com/file/gp8mrc
gta_sa crack: http://www.sendspace.com/file/jn8vna

Install:
install cleo4 first and put the files in.
Just replace everything on your gta folder(data/models/and the clouds on gta3.img)

Only a bad thing, it have just 1 weather with night/day etc.
