Analogue audio over Ethernet / Cat5 / Network cable
Over the last few years we’ve seen a huge rise in network audio solutions over Cat5 / Ethernet usually utilising Dante / Soundgrid. Have you ever thought about using network cables to send analogue xlr/TRS signal over network cables? I have, the reason being is we needed to incorporate some new fold back mixers into Leeders Vale. This video discusses how we got on and how they’re being used.
