A tough one, but if you know how to do it, it's not a problem. Get on the roof of the engine, then jump directly on or just behind the first three mines (especially important with the 2nd one, as you could hit it when jumping before it) and then run run run! Take jetpack, select parachute, and fly as high to the right as possible. You will fall then, your chute will open and it will be pretty easy to get the crate now. ;-)
