Hogsett signs order mandating harassment training for all city-county employees
All Indianapolis city-county employees will need to undergo annual harassment training after Mayor Joe Hogsett signed an executive order this week. The order comes after three women came forward and accused Hogsett’s former chief of staff Thomas Cook of sexual harassment. Previously only certain employees had to complete the training. Other proposals, including an investigation into the accusations against Cook, will be introduced this week.
