This week I've veered away from my usual videos because now and then we have to stop and smell the apocalypse. I've been in lockdown for nearly 4 weeks now (I started early because of asthma/paranoia) and that is a looong time to not go to a coffeeshop, my friends. Or to a bookshop. Well, it is for me, anyway. Lately, I've become pretty good at finding ways to distract myself from the constant stream of bad news. Mostly, that involves long walks, lots of yoga, plus losing myself in escapist books and TV. Wherever you are, I'm assuming you're probably in quarantine, too. The whole world has shut down. So, I've put together a list of some of the things that have been lifting me up lately, and helping me escape from the world, in hope that they might lift you, too. Also, you asked for longer videos, and this is my longest yet! Thank you for being here, and for being out there in the world alive and well and safe. Sending love. CJ xx
p.s. That noise you can hear all the way through is Busby chewing on a bone. He refused to leave the shed and I didn't have the heart to throw him out.
