Tisas Yukon 10mm: Is the third time the charm?

Since purchasing this brand new Tisas Yukon 2-Tone in 10mm, I have been unable to get it to reliably run for more than the first magazine.
It first arrived with a slide with serious cosmetic flaws and it would not run. They sent me a brand new slide that was perfect, but it also would not run.
I sent the entire pistol back and they returned it with a polished feed ramp and adjusted extractor, but the slide was scratched. It failed after the first magazine.
Most recently, they sent out an entirely new slide assembly with a "tuned" extractor. They have been very responsive and generous with replacing faulty or damaged components.
But, will this pistol finally run more than one magazine through it?
