Yes it is possible , a mechanical inverter is one of the answers. High voltage low amperage. The energy is transferred from the battery to the coils output. The spinning magnet creates a rotating magnetic field (RMF).
The formula :
Rotating magnetic fields generator + coils = Ac voltage
75 W 230 V bulb test :
The electric generator is using 2 coils iron less , a neodymium sphere magnet 30 mm, a Dc motor and two batteries Li-ion 1800 m Ah, 3,7 V each. To the coils output is connected a 75 W bulb 230 V. The DC motor drive the neodymium sphere.
For this experiment we took all safety measures. We do not encourage replication of the experiment !

A generator is a machine that converts mechanical energy into electrical energy. It works based on principle of faraday law of electromagnetic induction. The faradays law states that whenever a conductor is placed in a varying magnetic field, EMF is induced and this induced EMF is equal to the rate of change of flux linkages. This EMF can be generated when there is either relative space or relative time variation between the conductor and magnetic field. So the important elements of a generator are: magnetic field and motion of conductor in magnetic field. There are two types of generators : Ac generators and Dc generators.
