Wifey felt like a curry so I utilised what we had in the fridge and made it happen 😊😁😋. I wanted to make the rice a bit more fragrant. I decided to make fennel rice. It's important to toast your seeds to release the aromas and the flavour is so much punchier. I used the fantastic Ninja Blender to blend the seeds seemlessly and use in the steaming if my rice. it turned out so delicious and worked perfectly with the curry 🙏❤️.
