Flexible Skateboarding Day 1?
Is it possible to 3D print functional skateboard wheels and kingpin bushings? Yes it is. This was just a first rough prototype run. We can do better :)
We printed three different wheels using the OmniaDrop extruder and the following materials:
S-Flex 90A (0.4 mm nozzle, 4 shells, 95% rectilinear infill)
FilaFlex 82A (0.4 mm nozzle, 4 shells, 100% rectilinear infill)
Diabase X 60A (0.4 mm nozzle, 4 shells, 100% rectilinear infill)
Kingpin Bushings:
Flexfill 98A (0.4 mm nozzle, 4 shells, 100% rectilinear infill)
