South Sudan’s mixed elections reactions
The Sudan People’s Liberation Movement – In Opposition, or SPLM IO, group loyal to South Sudan’s First Vice President says the December elections should be delayed to give enough time for completing remaining tasks stipulated in the 2018 peace agreement. But other parties to the agreement say they are ready for the elections. For VOA news, Denis Logonyi has more from Juba.
