Repetitive Strain Injury, and Left Hand Technique
I may not have perfect classical technique, but a recent injury forced me to re-think my playing. I took what I learned from my guitar teachers over the years, and tried to put it into an in-depth video for you all. Hopefully it helps us to reduce tension while we're playing, and help us to play longer--faster--and better, of course!
