Hey everyone, hope you've been enjoying the change in seasons as we move towards the summer season. Late yesterday (well at least UK time), Spectrasonics launched an update for Keyscape and Omnisphere. This update didn't bring any new functions, but it did give us 250 brand new patches to play with.
These patches blend Keyscape with the power of Omnisphere's synth engine to provide some unique sounds. A number of the patches use the new double felt for Keyscape. If you've not heard this add-on for Keyscape, take a look at this video:

In this video I show you how to just list the patches from the new update using the search engine within Omnisphere. I also then take a quick tour through some of the patches, and explore the anatomy of some of these sounds.
As an added bonus, you also get a free piece of music at the beginning of this video. This piece was created using just some of the sounds from these new patches.
If you have Keyscape and Omnisphere, this is a no brainer download. If you haven't got either of these instruments, then I hope that this video is informative and helps you come to a decision whether to pick a copy up.
