Narcotic Funk Project - Promo #1 [1998]
this is a vinyl rip of a promo record - it apparently is considered to be the first release under the dubstep genre, it's the very oldest release under that style on discogs. and that's exactly why i bought it, someone near my area was selling it at a fair price and the tracks were nowhere to be found online.
i wouldn't consider this the first dubstep record, more so nu-skool breaks / breakbeat.
