The Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) encourages the public to validate their National Identification Number (NIK) as their Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), as mandated by Law Number 7 of 2021, with derivative regulations in Presidential Regulation Number 83 of 2021 and Minister of Finance Regulation Number 112/PMK.03/2022.
Director General of Taxes, Suryo Utomo, continues to urge the public to immediately match their NIK to their NPWP before filing their Annual Tax Return (SPT).
