This was HARD. I am doing this as a 905 ilevel equipped Disc Priest. I used an Int Flask, Drums for Hero, Augment Rune and Fishbrul Special, all to increase DPS. My legendaries were Norgannon's Foresight and Entrancing Trousers of An'juna. I main Holy, so those were the best ones I had for this attempt. Both for the Int boost, but more than anything for the Sta boost. If you do noth ave enough stamina, this fight will be a big problem for you. The talents used were Castigation, Masochism, Physic Voice, Power Word: Solace, Power Infusion, Halo and Grace. I did thi with 37 traits in my weapon - It is worth noting that having Prydaz and/or Aegis of Wrath makes this encounter SIGNIFICANTLY easier.

There are five very important steps to this encounter:

First of all, you must understand that this is a DPS challenge. You absolutely HAVE to kill Tugar first. The Wyrm enrages, but that's manageable with PW:S. However, Tugars Felbursts get empowered towards then end and you will run out of cooldowns eventually. So you must first kill him completely and then the wyrm.

Second is making sure you use SW:P to kill the Fel Surge Totems and not get interrupted by the Sonic Scream. The 5 sec stun or interrupt will not only loose you DPS, it can also cause you to die due to lack of healing. I took 1 in this entire kill attempt and it nearly ended me. I set up macros to focus Wyrm in normal pahse and Tugar in earthquake phase so i could see and deal with these when they came.

Third is managing the Earthquake phases. The pillars deal damage when they land, so dont stand exactly on them before they land. Once the first pillar has landed, you want to cast Halo, since it at that point will hit all of the adds. You then wanna dot one up and Solace it and Penance the second one. If there is a third, you'll have to Smite and Dot it to death. There is overlap with Felburst from Tugar here and at times there are overlaps with the Fel Surge Totem as well. Another thing you have to do in this phase is guide the wyrm into the rocks. This will cause the wyrm to loose a stack of his damage reduction buff. If he hits you, you get stunned for 1.5 secs, which isnt the end of the world, but you should avoid it. It is NOT crucial that you hit with all 3 every earthquake as you should go through the phase more than enough times to take all his stacks off.

Fourth is managing the "normal" felburst. It is absolutely crucial that you follow this pattern at all times untill the empowered ones. The first one, you wanna Power Word: Shield and Fade for the damage reduction. If you're lower on health, the Shadow Mend damage reduction helps too, but if you include that every time, you'll run out of mana. Second is Psychic Scream. Rinse and repeat. If you do not do it in that order, you will end up with Felburst and Sonic Scream overlapping during a PWS + Fade turn, and that is VERY dangerous. If you did this correctly, you'll get to step 5 which is:

Fifth and finally is managing the empowered felbursts. They dont deal more damage per se, but he casts them more frequently. You'll run into one where Fade and Psychic Scream are both on cooldown and you must use Pain Suppression for this. You'll then have a round of PWS +Fade and Psychic Scream, and the last one will be during what should be your last Earthquake phase. After that, You have to Shadowmend + Barrier to Survive and then follow that up with PWS + Fade and Physic Scream. And now, you're out of cooldowns, so if you get another one, you are very likely dead.

After Tugar is dead, make sure you're at full health with at least PWS up for every Sonic Scream, as they will deal a lot more damage now. Otherwise, do a small victory lap as you enjoy your kill of the wyrm and get your Challenge Skin.
