I decided to do something I had never done before: making a video essay. It was challenging but exciting to transform my words into a video format. The editing took me a surprisingly long time, but I'm so happy it's finally ready!
The topic of aging is something that most people struggle with at some point in their lives. This is my personal take on the issue and why I think we should love ourselves the way we are, while practicing self-care!
